Department of Governance Reforms and Public Grievances has developed WhatsApp chatbot based Anti-Corruption Action Line (ACAL) which is used by Vigilance Buruea for accepting Corruption related complaints through WhatsApp Chatbot using number 9501200200 and processing the complaints received through software in online mode till district level. Any citizen wanting to complain about corrupt practices being followed anywhere in Punjab can simply submit a complaint through WhatsApp number 9501200200 for appropriate action.
